Straw Poll Ballots for Undergrounding Initiative have been mailed

The Underground Utilities Straw Poll is in the mail to Property Owners.  The mailing package contains detailed information about the project for consideration.  The materials are also available for your review on the Town’s website at:

The page can also be located from the homepage of the website on the Projects link. 

One of the outstanding questions is how much this will cost each of us.  We will send out more information on this question next week after you’ve had the opportunity to become familiar with the project scope. 

In addition, we will schedule two resident workshops to answer questions.  We will broadcast the workshops via GoToMeeting.com so everyone can listen. 

Please note that the Straw Poll ballots must be returned by 5PM, Friday August 5, 2016.  The Town Auditors are overseeing the collection and count of the ballots.  Do not return ballots to Town Hall.  No fax or email ballots will be accepted so plan accordingly.
