Project Update - November 7, 2016

The Commission has approved a contract with Brannon & Gillespie (B&G) to be our supervising engineers.  They were awarded the job based on their extensive experience with this type of project.

B&G will be compensated based on actual hours at pre-determined rates.   They have given us an estimated maximum cost of their services which may not be exceeded without Town approval.

Their first activities will be to produce a project schedule, cash flow projection and to begin the required survey.
